A comprehensive maintenance service is provided for your alarm system whether it was installed by us or by another company. We can fix problems that you may be having with your alarm system and we perform preventative maintenance work.
NAS Security along with The Australian Standards recommend that alarms are serviced at least once every twelve months. Servicing your alarm ensures that the alarm system is functioning and operating as per the manufacturers recommendations and helps to prevent unexpected problems.
Some insurance companies require evidence of the alarm service as a condition of their policies, therefore for your records if required we will send you a certificate with your invoice showing the details of the alarm service. It is also recommended that the battery in your alarm system be replaced every two years to maintain optimum performance. The replacement of the battery can be done as part of the yearly service.
